We are all too aware that the motivation and discipline required to maintain a healthy lifestyle can suffer when you are travelling for work. This is why, together with certified personal trainer Ronan Mee, we have developed a training plan consisting of a variety of mobility and resistance exercises to help keep our guests on the right track. The plan has been designed so that it can be performed with minimal and in some cases no equipment at all.
The dedicated PREMIER SUITES Wellbeing website provides you with the platform to watch and follow each exercise as it is performed by Ronan. Alternatively, guests are able to download a PDF card of each exercise and perform it at their own pace from the comfort of their own spacious apartment here at PREMIER SUITES Newcastle. Performing a workout such as this has numerous benefits including increased productivity levels, reduced stress and most importantly, better sleep. With many business travellers prioritising work over getting to a gym, this is a great way to stay on track and reach their goals.
PREMIER SUITES Newcastle also has a wellbeing area in reception. Guests are encouraged to make use of the amenities, with complimentary towels, fruit and water provided free of charge, as well as the chance to purchase an exercise mat at a small additional cost. In addition, running maps of the surrounding area, which cater for runners of all levels of ability are available should guests decide to explore the town on foot.
